The following are summaries of the Zoning
Hearing Board Meetings. These summaries are not verbatim transcripts
of the Zoning Hearing Board meeting; it is simply one person’s summary of
the major points made by those involved in the hearing process.
For that reason, quotation marks are not used unless a direct quote
was recorded. For information
about obtaining an official transcript, contact the New Hanover Township
office.
Note: Gibraltar 1 refers to the original
hearings that have been held from 2001 to the present. Gibraltar 2 refers to a new set of hearings that began in 2003 to cover additional
acres. Gibraltar 3 refers to a very large parcel of land that includes
properties zoned residential.
