There was a good turnout of residents at this meeting – standing room only.  We thank you all!

Attorneys Bob Brant and Larry Sager avoided attending the meeting.  In fact, Mr. Sager didn’t cancel his appearance until Wednesday, Aug 26 – one day’s notice!

Because the zoning board attorney, Mr. Mowery, promised the residents (at the last meeting on June 18) another chance to offer testimony, our attorney, Mr. Keenan, requested that opportunity last evening.  Mr. Skypala, the zoning board attorney, allowed it but admitted he was not familiar with the testimony of the June 18^th meeting.  (What?!)

Fifteen residents offered comments that will be entered as testimony.  Seven of that number testified for the first time.

The zoning board may render a decision on the motion to “dismiss the GR3 application” which targets 50+ acres of residential-zoned land.  The Board may also rule on

Attorney Harris’s objection to the residents that signed up for party-status at the July 2^nd meeting.
