Note: In GR2, Mr. Stephen Harris, attorney for Gibraltar Rock is introducing witnesses who have already testified in GR1. He is basically introducing their GR1 testimony into GR2 and allowing the opposing attorneys to cross examine the witness on their previous testimony. This is in an attempt to speed up the hearings.

During this meeting local residents asked Mr. John Silvi, owner of Gibraltar Rock, Inc. on a number of questions.

Jeanette Moll asked Silvi about his being a good corporate citizen. He said he's bring 18 jobs to the area. But if you check his earlier testimony that number is closer to six jobs.

After Ray Ginkowitcz asked him a few questions the Zoning Board members asked questions. Questions were asked about tipping fees, and fines imposed on Silvi's company in other states. We learned that he donates to the Republican party (and we assume his brother and partner donates to the Democratic party.
