Gibraltar Rock Now In “Land Development” Process |

Due to the court-ordered injunction against Gibraltar Rock, stating that the injunction will not be lifted until the company submits a Land Development Application and Plan and they receive Township APPROVAL, Gibraltar Rock filed the application in December 2010. The company is currently appearing before the township’s Planning Commission. If you would like to join us for these meetings, the Planning Commission normally meets the second Wednesday of each month. These meetings could be rescheduled due to inclement weather, and Gibraltar Rock may not be listed on the agenda of each monthly meeting. We advise that before coming out on the second Wednesday of the month, you go to the township website: www.newhanover-pa.org and check under “agendas & minutes, Planning Commission, Agenda” to see if Gibraltar Rock is listed. |
